Why we built this

I walked into my estate agent's office one day and watched a woman at the counter trying to sort out her proof of payment. She had sent it — she knew she had. But the agent couldn't find it.
Why? Because everything was dumped into a WhatsApp group. Hundreds of messages. Photos mixed with voice notes, random texts, tenant questions — and somewhere buried in all of it, her proof of payment.
“It's in the group, I sent it last week.” “We can't find it, can you send again?”
I then noticed they were printing outstanding balance notices — on paper, stuffed into envelopes, delivered to each unit. Physical paper. That costs money, takes time, and half the tenants don't even open them.
The ones who did get emails? Nobody checks email anymore. Everyone is on WhatsApp — but a WhatsApp group with 30 tenants is pure chaos. Nothing is traceable. Nothing is organised. Nothing is confirmed.
